Technical support
1. Technical exchange meeting
In order to successfully complete the construction of the project, relevant technical exchange meetings will be organized at different stages.
2. Groundbreaking meeting
The first meeting (commencement meeting) will be held in the Demander's office within 2 weeks after the contract is signed. We will send experienced technicians at our own expense to attend the meeting and hand over the preliminary design conditions with the buyer's personnel to further determine the delivery time and content of intermediate materials and final documents.
• At the design meeting, the two parties will discuss the system relationship.
• At the design commencement meeting, both parties will further clarify the scope of the boundary area, the scope of work and the scope of supply.
• We will submit the preliminary design documents to the buyer during the design commencement meeting.
• In addition, a "list of documents" shall be provided. The following information should also be submitted:
-- Boundary conditions (within the construction scope)
-- Consumption of public works (including cooling water, electricity, industrial air and instrument air, etc., accommodation for construction personnel, etc.)
-- Design basis
-- System calculation data sheet
-- Layout of process equipment
-- Equipment foundation layout, equipment load data
-- Instrument list
-- List of subcontractors
-- Relevant standards and specifications
-- Other necessary engineering and technical data
3. the main equipment inspection meeting
For the main equipment in our manufacturing process, the buyer will send inspectors to our factory for inspection and acceptance.
4. Formulation of document delivery schedule (see figure below)
5. On-site service and start-up trial operation
6. Dispatch of field service personnel
During the installation, commissioning, trial operation and driving of the system, we will send, at our own expense, skilled and healthy personnel with relevant engineering experience to the site for guidance services. The number and technical level of on-site service personnel dispatched by us should be able to meet the requirements of on-site service.
a. The estimated time of our on-site service is 7 days.
b. The time of arrival and departure of our field service personnel at Buyer's field office shall be determined by both parties through friendly negotiation.

The on-site technical training time is 2 days, including equipment maintenance, electrical, instrumentation, device operation, etc.
8. Performance test and operation
The trial operation of the system will be carried out after the on-site installation of the supplier, and the unit shall run continuously for at least 2 hours under the condition of no load. Before no-load operation, our field personnel should check whether the field equipment and system are complete. When all the on-site installation meets the design requirements, the personnel of both sides shall confirm the trial operation plan, and the personnel of the demander shall organize the implementation under the guidance of our on-site personnel. After the trial operation of the system is completed, personnel from both sides shall sign the trial operation report as the preliminary acceptance document.
