一、 Project introduction

      SuTeng Logistics Co., Ltd. has set up several distribution centers in Guangdong Province.  The main line adopts point-to-point straight hair mode, and the business outlets are all over Guangdong Province.  Most of the express delivery to achieve the province's "day and night, night delivery", most of the domestic express cities "direct air flight, today's delivery" commitment.  Express logistics in Hong Kong has a branch and business outlets, the goods through the province and port, fast and efficient, express packaging materials, woven bags, cartons and PVC bags, the size is generally large, the maximum weight of 80kg.  Based on this situation, according to the actual business needs, Liji Intelligent adopts its self-developed wireless power supply narrowband sorting system and adopts matrix structure to efficiently and orderly solve the sorting problem, and well meet the needs of the distribution center.  With good efficiency, accuracy, flexibility and site utilization advantages, no matter the size, weight or material of the goods, it can be smoothly and soft sorting.

二、Project highlights

       Wireless power narrowband linear sorting technology is adopted to make full use of effective space through matrix.  Since the factory is surrounded by residential areas, the equipment noise is controlled at about 70dB;  Matrix chute adopts LIJI patented technology to effectively avoid goods sliding damage;  Personnel under the steel platform can shuttle, reasonable use of every space of the site;  The equipment is easy to maintain and more environmentally friendly.

Project design concept: one-stop unloading, to achieve mixed loading and unloading, unloading can achieve sorting, nearby loading and unloading principle.

(1) Adopt a matrix sorting system without damage.   The sorting system is mainly composed of balanced sorting machines to complete parcel sorting and realize data advance.   The loading area can accommodate 15 vehicles unloading at the same time.   There are seven pre-selection systems.

(2) The pre-sorting system is divided into five ways, focusing on the supply of five sorting lines.

(3) Matrix pre-sorting is adopted for unloading.

(4) The average maximum unloading capacity of each unloading port is 1400 pieces /H.

(5) The maximum discharge capacity of the discharge area can meet about 21000 pieces /H

 (including large parts/special-shaped parts).

(6) There are about 92-106 parking Spaces

(7) 16 ports of discharge

(8) Planning and designing 1000 tons of goods per day (5-6 hours to complete sorting and delivery)

(9) The reservoir area is 14,000 square meters

(10) Improve sorting time, reduce cross goods, reduce goods damage, and achieve accurate sorting.
